27 May Highlights from Lockdown
Lockdown has been an undeniably difficult time for freelancers. Over the past few weeks I have dedicated my free time (my goodness has there been a lot of it!) to updating my home studio. I’m thrilled to announce that it is now up and running!
Introducing Sheila the Shed & The Mighty Booth:
The set-up includes a Kube Silver Standard vocal booth with full acoustic proofing, a Rode NT1 mic with Focusrite 2i2 3rd Gen audio interface, a MacBook Pro with DAW: Adobe Audition situated in a purpose-built studio, fully acoustically insulated with Rockwool in the ceiling and walls, as well as a floating floor.
For all voice queries please use the contact form, or get in touch with my agent Phillipa at Voicecall.

The recent pandemic has led to the industry experimenting with new ways of working. I was thrilled to be a part of an initial ‘virtual’ read-through of new animated film Minibots with Evolutionary Films, directed by Tony Bancroft and Jon Edgley Bond.

It’s always a joy to work with the wonderful Ships in the Night Theatre. We worked hard (and remotely!) on the R&D of their latest children’s theatre production, Pangolin. The read-through, workshops and final recording all took place online via video conference which proved to be a successful alternative way of working!
